TOURISM

The historic city of Abeokuta, which is about 100 kilo metres from Lagos stands at a height about 300ft, above sea level. It has a hot, humid climate and an average annual rainfall of 47 inches.

As the most potent tool for tackling the blight of ignorance, poverty, diseases and hopelessness, education was accorded greatest priority attention by the Otunba Gbenga Daniel Administration in its first term in office

Health and disease have been found to be determined by the dynamic interaction of biological, psychological, behavioral, social and environmental factors. Consequently, the origin of illness and diseases are multifactorial and approach to finding solutions for cure and prevention must be in multiple dimensions.

HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Ogun State has positioned itself to take full advantage posed by its unique location, given its proximity to Lagos (immediately North of Lagos- a fast growing Mega City) as well as other surrounding Cities, with a housing potential for a combined population of about 30 million dwellers between all the surrounding States.
